If something’s wrong, we make it right.

Hisbati templates are digital goods. Once downloaded, we can’t take them back. But we also stand behind what we sell.

Our promise

If a template doesn’t work for you, reach out within 30 days of purchase at support@hisbati.com and we’ll fix it, replace it, or refund your purchase. Whichever makes you whole.

When refunds apply

  • The template is broken or missing functionality we described on the page.
  • You bought the wrong product by mistake and haven’t downloaded any region variant.
  • A file fails to open in the format promised (Excel or Google Sheets).

When refunds don’t apply

  • You’ve already downloaded the file and used it.
  • You’ve reviewed every preview image and the product matches the description.
  • More than 30 days have passed since the purchase.

How to request one

Email support@hisbati.com with your order email and the template name. We reply within one business day.
