What we collect
- Your email when you buy or create an account.
- Your name, if you provide it in your account settings.
- The templates you’ve purchased and the regional variants you’ve downloaded.
- Standard analytics events (pages viewed, cart actions). No third party ad tracking, no social pixels.
What we don’t collect
- Credit card numbers. Our payment provider handles these directly.
- Your location beyond the country you pick at download time.
- Any content inside the spreadsheets you fill in. They never leave your device unless you share them.
Why we collect it
To let you log in, redownload your purchases, send you receipts, and improve the product. That’s it.
Your rights
Under UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the EU GDPR, you can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it. Email support@hisbati.com and we’ll action it within 30 days.
Service providers we use
- Supabase (database, auth, file storage)
- Lemon Squeezy (payment processing)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Vercel (hosting)
Each has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data needed for them to provide their service.
